Service

SyncGuard is an embedded Shopify app for controlled catalog synchronization across Shopify stores. The app helps merchants preview, approve, audit, and roll back supported catalog changes.

Merchant responsibility

Merchants are responsible for choosing stores, roles, sync profiles, pricing rules, inventory rules, and plan approvals. SyncGuard is designed to preview changes before writes, but merchants should review each plan before approval.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are created and billed by Shopify. Plan selection, plan changes, trial periods, and cancellations are handled on Shopify's hosted plan page. If a trial ends without a plan, Free plan limits apply until one is chosen; existing data is not changed.

Availability

The service depends on Shopify APIs, hosting infrastructure, and webhook delivery. We monitor failed jobs and provide retry paths, but no service can guarantee uninterrupted operation.
